Method of Payment
Bank transfers should be made to the saving account detailed below. All payments (in Thai Baht) must be paid fully at the exchange rate on the day the payment is credited to our account. Any currency exchange charges or bank collection fees must be paid by the registrant. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the PCT-6 secretariat by e-mail [email protected].

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations before June 15, 2016 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than June 15, 2016 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable. If you have any questions regarding to the registration, please contact the PCT-6 secretariat.
